"I met Jade in Sept 2018 as I was really wanting to do my first ever bikini comp after losing 60kg over 2 years. It had always been a massive goal of mine. The day I drove down to meet her I was so nervous and had no idea what to expect. When I sat down with Jade she made me feel so comfortable and made any doubts I had in my head about competing or having a coach go out the window. I could tell it was not about the money, she never once tried to sell herself, she just generally had my best interest at heart. "I have been working with Jade for the last 8 months and will never go to anyone else! Her wealth of knowledge and background in the fitness industry is huge! Jade is AMAZING she is understanding and compassionate when it comes to dieting and takes your lifestyle into account when creating the perfect diet and training to suit your needs! Jade got me in the best shape I've ever been in and we did everything slowly so my body was never under any stress. She was able to get me down to 8% body fat with minimal cardio (only did 4 weeks out of 21) and I was eating 1800-1900 calories the peak week of my competition. I placed 1st in my division (fitness novice) and won my PRO card through ANB at the Ms Fitness show on June 3rd 2017. Jade has also taken the time to do my reverse diet which has also gone really well and I have not rebounded in any means which I was really scared about, I am still working with jade and we are on our way to compete in the Figure Novice division in the IFBB show in March 2018 (hopefully aiming for Arnold Classic Australia as well).

Jade has been my online coach since January...and if only I'd found her sooner, I would have saved a lot of wasted time and money! I have tried many online programs and participated in many online challenges with none giving me the results I particularly wanted. Until I came across Jade :) within 8 weeks my body was responding in ways that it hadn't before. The results are amazing and I am finally happy and confident with myself.
Jade listened to my body concerns, weaknesses and strengths and designed a program around that. With weekly check-ins, I never struggled with motivation. She also gave me alternatives to some exercises if they didn't suit me or I struggled with for any particular reason. The food program is easy to follow and inexpensive with no fancy frills or exotic food substitutes and I was never hungry.
With the nutrition guide and exercise programs being very affordable, I am looking forward to continuing my training with Jade and watching my body change and become stronger.

My programme involves a once weekly personal training session plus competition preparation coaching including nutrition, goal focused training programmes along with weekly weight, measurements and skin fold check-ins.
