    - Weekly Coaching = This includes a customised training program and customised nutrition plan along with weekly online check ins and regular adjustments to your training and nutrition as needed as well as constant support and advice. This option will really help to maximise your results.

     

    - Comp Prep Coaching = If you are looking to compete in a bikini, fitness or figure competition I highly recommend having a coach to help you achieve a competition physique in a healthy way. This also includes a customised training program and customised nutrition plan along with weekly online check ins and regular adjustments to your training and nutrition as needed as well as constant support and advice. I would love to help you get ready for stage!

     

    - Posing Lessons = If you are competing in a bikini, fitness or figure competition it is very important to not only have the correct training and nutrition but it is also very important to make sure you are confident on stage, walk confidently and can pose correctly. Not only are you judged on your physique but you are also judged on your overall presentation and performance so let me help you bring out that sass and be confident on stage!
