CUSTOMISED TRAINING PROGRAM
A custom training program that I will design specific to you and your goals! Your training program will include weights and cardio and will be designed based on your knowledge level. Through my own tried and tested methods and my knowledge I will help you transform your body and achieve your goals.
I recommend following the program for approximately 8-12 weeks before purchasing a new program to ensure that you continue to make progress and achieve results.
To maximize your results I would recommend purchasing a customised nutrition plan to folllow along with your training program.
Once purchasing your program you will receive an email with a questionnaire to fill out. Please be as descriptive as you can to ensure that I can design the program specific to you and your goals. Once I have receieved your completed questionnaire please allow up to 72 hours for me to design your program.
