6 Week KICKSTART Challenge!

Ladies, my latest challenge is here! 

This IS NOT a quick fix or extreme dieting challenge because consistency over time is what yields long lasting results, not a 6 week fad diet.

My goal for this challenge is to help you to kickstart healthy habits - both mind, body and soul. To teach you how to eat and how to train to fuel and nurture your body, as well as helping you with guidance, committment and accountabilty that you can then take on with you past the 6 weeks and to help you create long lasting healthy habits.

 

START DATE: Monday April 1st

 

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:

- A customised nutrition plan designed specific to you and your goals, with your food preferences and to fit in with your lifestyle

- A customised training program designed specic to you, your needs and your goals. This can be either a gym or home program based on what you have access to and can be designed for however many days you can commit to training.

- Weekly online check-ins with me to help keep you motivated and accountable, with changes made to your traning and/or nutrition as needed.

- Access to my private Facebook community to share the experience with other challenge participants as well as receive tasks, educational videos and more.
